I pay attention to it and it’s not very hard to keep the city profitable, just set taxes at 12 and don’t overbuild. With unlimited money on you can still see the instantaneous how much money am I gaining/losing. So now you turn off unlimited money and you have a surplus of money that has accumulated without you realizing it. I also play unlimited money and unlock all. when I turn it off, I always have upwards of 3 million city funds available.
